Chef Andres is thrilled to announce he will be serving delicious and sustainable seafood at this year's Conservation Village at the Tortuga Music Festival. It will be his 3rd year in a row and he could not be more excited! Ocean conservation and sustainable fishing practices are very dear and near to the hearts of both Chef Andres and his wife Alison. As avid scuba divers, they are very adamant about helping out in any way that they can to help raise awareness about ocean conservation.
