In 2014, we were invited to participate in the South Beach Wine and Food Festival's "Best of the Best" event at the Fountainbleau. This year we are proud to announce that Chef Andres will be joining Chef Anne Burrell at the "Taste of Fort Lauderdale" Seaside Eats event of the SOBEWFF.
Per his usual, Chef Andres is going stepping outside the box and serving Lionfish. As avid scuba divers and ocean conservationists, we are always looking for opportunities to bring awareness to the importance of saving our seas. And what better way to highlight the "Eat 'em to beat 'em" philosophy for Lionfish than to serve it at such an important event.
