This year, Chef Andres has created a fabulous 5-course tapas style tasting menu.
To start the evening, Chef will be serving a delicious Smoked Fish Dip appetizer paired with a bold Chilean Carmenere. The second course of the evening, a "Surf and Turf", will surely be a crowd pleaser. Chef will be using Marinated Skirt Steak wrapped around a Lionfish Yucca Croquette. This dish will be paired with a light Italian Ballarino. Next up will be last year's favorite, the Lionfish Corn Dog paired with a beautiful Spanish Verdejo. For the 4th course, Chef will be serving a Blackened Lionfish Taco with Tropical Salsa. These will be paired with an elegant Italian wine called 3 Utin. For the beer lovers out there, the last course will be an IPA Lionfish over steamed Chinese Rice. We have selected a rich and smooth Spanish Alas Negras for this last dish.
