The wines we are tasting are going to be:
Callas 2011 - grape: Malvasia, region: Emilia Romana
For this wine, Chef will be pairing it with delicious Butter Poached and Seared Sea Scallops, Foie Gras with a Roasted Fig Puree.
Arnaio 2010 - grape: Sangiovese 90% / Cabernet Sauvignon 10% (organic) region: Tuscany
For our second wine, Chef will be serving a fabulous homemade Parmesan Truffle Ravioli.
Primitivo 2011 - grape: Primitivo 100%, region: Puglia / Italia
The last dish of the evening will be a homemade Cannelloni pasta stuffed with Lamb and topped with an Eggplant Pomodoro sauce.
To finish off the evening, Chef will be serving his homemade Limoncello Sorbet.
