While we are closed on Thanksiving DAY, this year Chef wanted to offer a unique opportunity to taste some of his versions of some classic fall and Thanksgiving dishes.
1st course - Foccacia, Conrbread Sausage and Boar Stuffing paired with Cantine Dei, Rosso di Montepulciano (2014)
2nd course - Duck Confit Pot Pie paired with Paolo Conterno, Langhe Nebbiolo A Mont (2014)
3rd course - Calabasa Porotos Granados (a hearty pumpkin and white bean dish) paired with Molettieri, Taurasi (2008)
4th course - Pumpkin Panna Cotta paired with a bubbly Lagrein Rose.
