Chef Andres loves to push the envelope when it comes to creating specials and new dishes. He is always pushing the limits and experimenting with new ingredients and/or techniques. Recently, his newest dessert is a decadent Black Cherry Panna Cotta.
Panna Cotta originated from Northern Italy and is sadly not too common here in the States. Chef Andres frequently creates new flavors for his dessert specials. From Key Lime to this week's Black Cherry - they are ever changing and ALWAYS delicious!
