Valentine's Day Planning begins
We are less than one month away from Valentine's Day! Chef has set the specials menu and reservations are starting to fill up. In addition to our regular menu, Chef will be offering a few specials for the evening. As an appetizer, he will be serving Proscuitto Wrapped, Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs. And for entrees he will be offering Poached Pear and Gorgonzola Risotto, Pork Tournedo with Cherry Tomatoes, Balsamic Reduction and Brussel Sprouts. Since this is a very special holiday, we will only be taking reservations by phone so call today.
Also coming up this spring, we will be teaming up with Miami Wine Buzz to bring you a very special wine tasting and pairing dinner. Chef will be creating a special 3-course menu to be paired with hand selected wines from Miami Wine Buzz, a local wine club company specializing in boutique wines from around the world. We are very excited about this event so stay tuned for details.
