Another successful event!
This year was our 2nd year teaming up with Sea-Delight at the Rock The Ocean's Tortuga Music Festival "Green Gourmet" tent in the Conservation Village. This year we served a delicious Smoked Ahi Tuna w/ a Cilantro style Chimicurri Sauce in a Crispy Wonton Shell and Topped with a Coriander/Cumin Cream Sauce. We served over 400 people and went through 40 pounds of tuna in 2 hours!
