Christmas Eve "Feast of the Seven Fishes"
This Christmas Eve, Chef will be featuring dishes from a traditional "Feast of the Seven Fishes" menu. Each dish will be smaller in size in order to allow everyone to sample multiple plates.
Specials to include:
Basque Fish Stew - Stewed Tuna in a light saffron tomato seafood broth, celery, onions and bell peppers
Stewed Octopus with Tomatoes
Clams - red or white sauce
Citrus House-Cured Salmon - served with buffalo mozzarella, baby arugula and a balsamic reduction
Baby Squid Salad - Shaved fennel, lemon juice, capers, red olives, red chilies, roasted garlic vinaigrette
Grilled Swordfish Proveneal - Tomatoes, olives, capers, marinara and lemon roasted potatoes
Yellowtail Snapper a la Meunière - Milk marinaded snapper, lemon white wine sauce with sauteed beet greens
